Job requirements:
1. Receipt and storage of goods
-Check and verify the quantity, quality, specifications, and related documents of the goods to ensure they match the order.
-Classify, label, and store incoming goods in accordance with warehouse management requirements and safety standards.
2. Inventory management
-Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of inventory data.
-Monitor inventory levels and promptly report inventory shortages or surpluses to supervisors.
3. Sorting and packaging of goods
-Accurately sort the goods according to the order and transportation requirements, and carry out appropriate packaging and reinforcement.
-Ensure the proper use of packaging materials to reduce costs and ensure the safety of goods during transportation.
4. Shipping and transportation arrangements
-Prepare shipping documents and labels, arrange loading and transportation of goods, work closely with the transportation team to ensure timely delivery.
-Track the transportation status of goods and promptly handle any abnormal situations during transportation.
5. Warehouse maintenance and safety
-Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, and carry out daily cleaning and equipment maintenance work.
-Comply with warehouse safety regulations, follow safety operating procedures when operating related equipment, and ensure a safe working environment.
6. Document and data entry
-Accurately record the operational information of goods, including receiving, storing, shipping, etc., and promptly enter the data into the logistics management system.
7. Collaboration and Communication
-Work closely with departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to meet customer needs and solve logistics related issues
-Timely respond to internal and external customer inquiries and needs, and provide high-quality services.
Job requirements:
1. Junior high school education or above.
2. At least 1 year of experience in logistics warehouse operations, with international logistics experience preferred.
3. Familiar with the operation of warehouse management systems and office software.
4. Possess good teamwork spirit, able to withstand work pressure, and adapt to fast-paced work environments.
5. Pay attention to details, have strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
